On October 29, 2008 two black male suspects separately entered a retail jewelry store in Richardson, TX. The suspects did not speak to each other. After asking to see rings, one suspect pulled a gun on a female sales associate, and the other suspect pulled the owner over the top of a showcase by the neck. After a brief struggle, the owner reached for a holdup button. The suspects fled the store yelling the police are coming, and left in a four-door SUV, light in color, possibly silver. Suspect #1 was 6’2”, 200lbs., late 30s and wearing a tie and sports jacket. Suspect #2 was 6’5”, 325 lbs. in military fatigues.

The black male pictured at left is a suspect in several recent grab and run incidents, including in Jacksonville, Florida and Spotsylvania, Virginia. Police report that the suspect has taken a high-end watch and diamond rings. The suspect is described as
30-years-old, very tall and thin, who sometimes wears glasses. He ordinarily wears a business suit or sports coat without a tie and a head scarf or ball cap.

Timothy E. Root , pictured on left, is wanted for a grab and run of two diamond rings from the fine jewelry department of a retail store in Plymouth Meeting Township , PA on August 6, 2008. His partner in that crime, Jermaine Johnson , pictured on right, is already in custody. Root has a lengthy criminal history, including crimes of violence, and should be considered dangerous.

SUSPECT SOUGHT IN NEW YORK ROBBERY
The above photo is of a suspect being sought by the NYPD for a robbery that occurred at 1:35 p.m. on June 7, 2008 on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan . The suspect smashed a jewelry showcase and took a diamond ring. The suspect pictured is described as a black or Hispanic male, 5'8-5'10, long black hair. His accomplice was apprehended. FEMALE GRAB RUN IN LOS ANGELES , CA At 2:20 p.m. on July 26, 2008, a black female suspect was being shown a 2.08 carat diamond ring while sitting at a showcase and while the sales associate stood next to her. When the suspect had the ring on her finger, she stood up and ran out of the store after a struggle. The suspect is described as 5'6, 130 lbs., ponytail.

The picture at left is an enhanced photo from a surveillance camera of a suspect in a jewelry store robbery in Elgin , Illinois on July 11, 2008. Four Hispanic males entered the retail jewelry store at 11:30 a.m. with guns. They brought a mother and daughter who own the store to the back and emptied the showcases. These two black male suspects are wanted for the robbery of a retail jewelry store in Lutherville , MD on May 10, 2008. Suspect #1 is 35-40 years old, 5'11 to 6'2, large build, brown eyes, medium brown to dark complexion, gray and black beard and mustache, black square frame eyeglasses wearing a baseball cap, blue military style field jacket, faded blue jeans and black boots. Suspect #2 is 35-40 years old, 5'10 to 6', stocky build, brown eyes (bulging), medium brown complexion. Brown/olive green knit hat with brim (military jeep cap), thin framed eye glasses. Olive green military style field jacket, faded blue jeans, tan boots, white latex glove on left hand. The FBI and the Eugene, Oregon Police are seeking help in identifying suspects in four 2007 armed robberies of jewelry stores in three states, two in Eugene, OR, one in Tahoe City, CA, and one in State Line, NV. One suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, 5'10 to 6', between 160 and 180 lbs. with dark hair.
