DISTRACTION THEFT – DEPTFORD, NJ

On 10/23/17, at approximately 5:10 p.m., a suspect inquired about chains. When the sales associate removed a chain, the suspect instructed his daughter to look at rings. As the sales associate went to assist the young girl with rings. the male concealed the chain in his pocket. He then walked away from the kiosk and said he had to take his son to the restroom. As the suspect walked away, he called for his daughter to come with him. After he left, the associate realized the chain was missing. The male suspect was described as middle aged and Black. He also has a beard. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and jean overalls with a baseball cap.
