EMPLOYEE PISTOL WHIPPED – SCOTTSDALE, AZ

On 1/5/18, at approximately 11:15 a.m., a male and female subject entered a jewelry store and proceeded to smash a display case. They then removed jewelry. During the robbery, a struggle ensued between employees and the subjects. During the struggle, the male subject struck one of the employees in the head with a gun. The subjects then fled from the store on foot. They are both described as white and in their 20’s. The male was last seen wearing a long sleeve dark hoodie, dark pants and dark shoes with a white stripe. The male had a black semi-automatic handgun. The female was last seen wearing a dark colored beanie cap, blonde wig, black sunglasses, dark-colored long-sleeve sweatshirt, dark pants, black shoes and a dark-colored backpack.  If you have any information regarding the identities of these subjects, please call the Jewelers’ Security Alliance at 212-687-0328.
