GRAB AND RUN – BARBOURSVILLE, W.V.

On 9/6/17, at approximately 8:45 p.m., a suspect asked to see chains. He was shown chains, nut stated they were not heavy enough. After examining two chains, he only returned one. The suspect stated he did not have the chain and opened his hands. However, the sales associate stated his fingers were closed and she could see the tag on the chain between his fingers. The suspect then left the store. He was described as a 40-year-old White male. He is 5’10” and has a medium build. He was last seen wearing a hat with oil on it and a striped shirt with jeans.
