GRAB AND RUN – PHOENIX, AZ

On 10/17/17, at approximately 6:00 p.m., a suspect entered into a jewelry store and said he was shopping for his father’s birthday. As he looked at items, he was trying to decide between two chains. Once one of the chains was removed from the case, the suspect grabbed it from the sales associate’s hand and said “ok thanks.” He then fled and had a skateboard waiting outside the door. He was described as a Black male in his early 20’s. He is 5’5” and weighs 250 lbs. He has pierced ears and light facial hair on his chin. He also has a black short fade style haircut. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve black t-shirt, black shorts and a black backpack.
