INTERNAL THEFT – NATCHEZ, MS

On 8/11/17, police arrested a former jewelry store employee for embezzlement. 43-year-old Jennifer Joanne Waller is accused of embezzling at least $10,000 worth of jewelry from her former employer. She was charged with embezzlement and held on a $25,000 bond. According to police, Waller confessed to stealing the jewelry. Police were initially called on August 3, 2017, when a loss prevention manager reported 120 pieces of jewelry were missing. The items were valued at more than $36,000.
