Distraction Thief Apprehended

East Cocalico Township, PA – On February 12, 2018, East Cocalico Township Police announced the arrest of 53-year-old Josuf Pryce.

Pryce committed a distraction theft and stole 72 antique rings worth $60,000 on August 13, 2017. Pryce was charged with theft by unlawful taking after the Jewelers’ Security Alliance identified him from a surveillance image.
