Wanted Switch Thief

On the date listed above, at approximately 7:34 p.m., the subject in the featured image switched a gold chain with a costume jewelry chain as a sales associate was processing the transaction.

The subject held the costume chain in his left hand. He then said he had to retrieve a different credit card and left the store with the merchandise.
