$1 MILLION JEWELRY STORE ROBBERY – PATTERSON, NJ

On 10/25/22, at approximately 4:00 p.m., three masked subjects committed a gunpoint smash-and-grab robbery at a jewelry store. One of the gunmen followed a female employee as she was entering the store using its security system. The subject forced his way into the store and was then joined by his two accomplices. The subjects smashed jewelry display cases and stole rings, bracelets, and other items. While inventory is still being conducted, the loss amount may ultimately be $2 or $3 million.
