The suspect is described as either Asian or Hispanic. She is about 38-years-old. She is 5’5″ and weighs 140 pounds. She has the word “love” tattooed across her left knuckles and playing cards tattooed across the top of her left hand. She also has the word “hate” tattooed across her right knuckles.
