THREE CHARGED IN ROBBERY – HINSDALE, IL

On 3/23/17, three men were indicted by a federal grand jury on robbery and weapons charges. The men, identified as Tobias Diggs, 24, Marvon Hamberlin, 39, and Joshua McClellan, 29, were charged with robbery and robbery conspiracy, transporting stolen goods, and using, carrying and brandishing firearms during a crime of violence.

The men are accused of committing a robbery at a jewelry store in Hinsdale, IL on March 17, 2017. The subjects, allegedly brandished firearms during the robbery and stole more than $200,000 in merchandise. They sold some of the items in Chicago and Atlanta. Diggs and McClellan are currently in custody. Hamberlin is not in custody and has a warrant issued for his arrest.
