TWO ATTEMPTED ROBBERIES IN SAME DAY – RICHMOND & ROSENBERG TX

On 3/18/20, at approximately 1:30 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store in Richmond, TX while he was talking on his cell phone. He saw an armed guard, retreated from the store and yelled to his accomplice to run back to the car. The guard and sales associates noticed both subjects were wearing gloves. The second subject carried a black bag and a hammer.

Approximately one hour later, the first subject from Richmond, TX, arrived in the parking lot of a jewelry store in Rosenberg, TX. The subject walked toward the store. An armed guard stood in front of the store. The subject then went back to his car. Three additional subjects were observed inside the car. The subjects then fled from the area.
A physical description of three subjects was provided. All three subjects are Black males in their early twenties. The first subject is 5’9″ and weighs 150 pounds. He had dreadlocks pulled in a ponytail. He was last seen wearing a white hat, a white long sleeve button up shirt and dark gloves.

The second subject is 5’9″. He was last seen wearing a white hat, a white long sleeve button up shirt and green/yellow gloves. The third subject is in his early twenties.
