On 2/7/21, at approximately 5:15 p.m., a female subject approached a jewelry kiosk and asked to see a specific 26” gold chain. The sales associate showed the subject the chain and when she received what she thought was the chain, the subject fled. The sales associate then discovered that the subject gave her back the wrong chain, which was fake. The subject was described as a 40-year-old female. She has a medium build. She was last seen wearing sunglasses and a mask. If you have any information regarding this subject’s identity, please email the Jewelers’ Security Alliance at jsa2@jewelerssecurity.org.
