ARMED ROBBERY – SYRACUSE, NY

On 12/1/20, at approximately 7:50 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and stated his name was Lorenzo. He said his girlfriend’s name was Hannah and he was looking for an engagement ring. As the sales associate was assisting him, he decided he wanted to send a photo of the rings to his mother. He left to get his phone. When he returned to the store, the rings were presented to him. At that point, the subject reached for them and told the sales associate that he had a weapon and he would be taking the rings. He threatened her if she alerted anyone. The subject then left the store with jewelry.

The subject was described as a Hispanic male. He is 5’8” and has a medium build. He is approximately 27-years-old. He was last seen wearing all black clothing and shoes. His hoodie had the words “members only written” on the sleeves and he wore a NY ball cap. He was wearing a blue mask possibly either over facial hair or over another mask and he was wearing gloves.
