ARRESTED: Second suspect in Michigan home invasion who posed as utility worker charged with murder

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. October 21, 2024 — The second suspect arrested in connection to a deadly Michigan home invasion where the perpetrators posed as utility workers to gain entry has been charged with murder of a Jeweler, according to deputies.

Joshua Zuazo, 39, of Dearborn, was charged in a three-count warrant with felony murder, a life offense if convicted, and two counts of unlawful imprisonment, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office reported.

The first suspect, Carlos Jose Hernandez, 37, was arrested on Saturday and charged with murder. The sheriff’s office added he was arrested in Shreveport, Louisiana but deputies were working to have him extradited.
