BURGLARY SUSPECT ARRESTED – JONES COUNTY, MS

On 5/7/20, 35-year-old Marcus Crosby was arrested for allegedly committing a burglary at a jewelry store. Crosby is believed to have burglarized the store on 4/27/20. Sheriff Joe Berlin from the Jones County Sheriff’s Department said deputies at the scene of the burglary found that the store had a broken window and several counters were smashed in the store. DNA was also collected from the crime scene. Crosby was charged with commercial burglary, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
