DIAMOND SWITCH – NEWARK, CA

On 3/28/19, at approximately 6:45 p.m., a subject entered a retail jewelry store and said he wanted to look at solitaire earrings. The sales associate showed him a pair of solitaire earrings and the subject stated he was going to return with his wife. He returned shortly thereafter and asked to see the 2 ct. pair of earrings.
