Diamond Switch Thief

On the date listed above, the suspect offered to sell a jeweler a diamond. The jeweler then performed a diamond test. At some point during the interaction, the suspect switched the real diamond with a fake one.

The jeweler gave the suspect a cash payment. The suspect then fled the store in a black BMW, with Florida plates.
