On 5/8/18, at approximately 7:20 p.m., a sales associate was organizing chains in a display case.  At that point, a subject approached the kiosk and inquired about silver chains. As the team member presented the subject with an item, they failed to secure the gold chain display case. A second subject approached the kiosk and opened the gold chain display case. The team member turned around and saw the second subject reaching into the case containing gold chains. The team member confronted the subject and asked to see his hands. The subject pulled his hands out and didn’t have anything in his hands. The subjects then quickly fled from the kiosk. Shortly after the subjects left, a chain was discovered missing.

The first subject was described as a 30-year-old Black male. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and grey shorts. The second subject is Black and 30-years-old. He had dread locks. He was last seen wearing a multi-colored shirt. If you have any information regarding this subject, please call the Jewelers’ Security Alliance at 212-687-0328.
