On 6/27/20, at approximately 1:25 p.m., a sales associate assisted a family in viewing watches. The husband selected a watch that he was interested in purchasing. The subject agreed to complete a credit application. As the credit application was being processed, the subject removed the watch from the counter pad and placed it in his pocket.
