On 7/20/19, at approximately 12:52 p.m., two subjects entered a jewelry store and requested to see bridal sets. The sales associate presented them with several items. The subjects then left the store without making a purchase. On July 21st,  the store noticed two diamond rings were missing. After reviewing CCTV footage, the store determined the subjects had committed a distraction theft by placing a piece of clothing over the counter and reaching inside to remove items. The subjects were described as two black males. One subject weighs approximately 170 lbs. He is dark-skinned and has a goatee. The second subject is approximately 210 lbs. He is dark-skinned and heavy set. Both men were last seen wearing hats. If you have any information regarding these subjects, please call the Jewelers’ Security Alliance at 212-687-0328.
