DISTRACTION THEFT – SIOUX FALLS, SD

On 10/8/18, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a male and female subject approached a kiosk and looked at gold chains. The female mentioned that it was her birthday tomorrow and the male subject flashed a large amount of cash. The male asked for the entire tray of chains to be taken out of the case. The sales associate did not comply. The subjects then left the kiosk. After they left, the missing chain was discovered. The male is 5’6” and is approximately 43-years-old. He had a tan with thick black hair. He was last seen wearing two gold chains. The female is 5 feet tall. She is approximately 25-years-old and has curly thick black hair. She also has a tan and multiple piercings in her right ear. She was last seen wearing a thick coat.
