After the store had closed for the evening, and a male subject approached the store and inquired with the associate about a gold chain in the showcase.  The subject stated his name was Anthony, and he continued to ask questions regarding the price and financing.  As the associate was answering questions and handing over a brochure, the associate heard a loud noise behind her, where she saw a second unknown male subject running from the store.  The associate immediately notified Mall Security, who followed the subject but were unable to apprehend him.  When the associate asked the first subject if he knew the second subject, he stated “no I don’t.”  The first subject quickly exited the store.  Upon further inspection the associate found that the cash from one of the registers for the nightly deposit had been taken, which had been hidden underneath other paperwork during closing procedures.  Mall Security later confirmed both subjects entered the mall together.

Both subjects are Black males in their early 20’s. The first subject has a light complexion and is approximately 5’9” with a thin build. He stated his name was Anthony. The second subject is approximately 6’0” and has a thin build. He was last seen wearing white headphones, a blue/white plaid shirt, dark colored pants, and he carried a yellow/black colored backpack.
