Diversion Theft

On the date listed above, the duo featured below committed a distraction theft.

The suspect in the hat conversed with a woman who appeared to be a customer. As her attention was diverted from a display case, the suspect in the dark shirt reached into the case and removed jewelry.

The suspect in the dark shirt did not speak English well and then left the store.
