GRAB AND RUN – ARLINGTON, VA

On 7/10/23, at approximately 4:10 p.m., a black male entered a jewelry store and expressed interest in looking at rings for a 60-year-old female. There was a female customer at the counter, and he asked the customer what she thought of the ring he picked. The female customer engaged with him giving her opinion.
