On 1/5/23, at approximately 5:30 p.m., a jewelry store was the victim of a grab and run theft.  A lone male entered the location and said he was shopping for his Mother’s birthday.  The male looked at numerous items throughout the location.  Finally, the male asked to see a diamond anniversary ring.  The team member removed the item from the display and handed it to the male.  Once the male gained possession of the item, he ran out of the store.  According to witnesses, the male had a vehicle waiting nearby and was driven by a second individual.

According to police, this male and his accomplice in the vehicle are linked to other jewelry crimes from another retailer.  The grab and run thief was described as Black and in his mid 20’s. He is 5’07”, and has an average build. He was last seen wearing a black/gray hat, dark clothing, and a blue mask.
