On 8/21/18, at approximately 4:30 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and asked to see gold chains. The sales associate was suspicious of the subject and attempted to have him fill out an application but the subject refused. The sales associate showed the chains through the glass and the subject said he would shop around and be back. A few minutes later, the subject returned to the store and was assisted by a different associate. As the associate removed the chain from the showcase, the subject reached over the counter, grabbed the chain and fled from the store.

The subject was described as a 28-year-old White male. He is 5’7” tall and weighs 210 lbs. He has a buzz cut style haircut. He also has multiple tattoos on his arms. He has a tattoo on his right arm that states “I love playing cards.” He has designs of a heart and spade. His left arm had dates.
