GRAB AND RUN – LACEY, WA

On 7/19/18, at approximately 10:57 a.m., a male subject entered a retail jewelry store and said he wanted to purchase a watch. The associate proceeded to explain different watches. The subject was shown several watches over the course of 20 minutes. A second subject then entered the store and began to converse with the first subject. At 10:53 a.m., the first subject told the second subject to leave the store. At that point, the first subject was comparing two watches and then asked about a third watch. The subject grabbed all three watches and fled from the store.

The first subject was described as a 33-year-old White male. He is 5’11” and weighs 160 pounds. He has tattoos and heavy scarring on both forearms. He also has a shaved head. He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat that had the Volcom logo on it. The second subject was described as a 25-year-old White male. He is 5’11” and weighs 150 pounds. He has shaggy curly hair, with green hair in the back. He also has a heavily scarred face and arms.
