GRAB AND RUN – LIVINGSTON, NJ

On 12/11/21, at approximately 2:25 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and was greeted by a team member. The subject asked to see gold chains and was taken to the display case.  He tried on one chain and asked to try on another to see the layered effect.  He was told that he could only be shown one item at a time.  He left without purchasing anything and then came back 30 minutes later.  He was helped by a different team member at this point but the two chains he wanted to purchase were set aside for him.  He asked to see the two chains together again.  As the team member was showing him them, he grabbed both chains from her hand and fled. The subject is a Black male. He is approximately 5’8″. His hairstyle consists of dreads with highlights. He was last seen wearing a black Yankee hat, a black hoodie with a navy blue jacket under & under that a beige sweater with buttons, and black cargo pants.
