GRAB AND RUN – SPOKANE, WA

On 01/01/23, at approximately 5:50 p.m., a male subject entered a jewelry store for the second time during the evening and expressed interest in gold chains. The subject inquired about a gold chain and was interested in pairing it with another item.  While speaking with team members, the subject had the team member place the gold chain on his neck.  Once around his neck, the subject fled from the store.  The subject was described as a Black male, with a lighter complexion. He is approximately 5’10” – 6’, and has a thin build and black long hair tied in a ponytail. He was last seen wearing a black colored Jordan brand hooded sweatshirt, grey pants, and white shoes.
