GRAB AND RUN – VINELAND, NJ

On 10/30/18, at approximately 3:00 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and asked to look at gold chains. As soon as the subject had the 24” gold chain on his neck, he turned and fled from the store. The subject was last seen wearing blue jeans and a tan leather jacket with a flower tattoo on his right hand.
