GRAB & RUN – WESTMINSTER, CO

On 2/8/22, at 5:40 p.m., a grab and run occurred at a jewelry store.  A male subject entered the site under the pretense of shopping for a Valentine’s gift.  The subject stated that he had received funds from his tax return to make the purchases. During the presentation, three chains were requested by the subject.  As the chains were placed on the showcase pad for a photo, the subject grabbed all three chains and fled the location.  There were no reports of injury.  The subject was described as a Hispanic male. He is  5’9”, and has a slender to slight medium build.  He was last seen wearing glasses, a dark jacket with white stripes, dark pants, red tennis shoes, and a dark face mask.
