On 1/31/19, at approximately 1:01 p.m., two subjects committed a distraction theft and stole jewelry from a jewelry spinner inside of a jewelry store. Both subjects were described as Black males. The first subject is 6’ tall and has a slight build with dreadlocks. He also wore a red windbreaker jacket. The second subject is 5’10” and has a slight build.
