On 3/5/19, at approximately 4:05 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and said he was waiting for his girlfriend to get off work and meet up with him. The subject asked to look at thin bracelets. He found one he liked but said he had to wait for his girlfriend to arrive to see if she could get approved for a credit account. The subject looked around and asked to see different rings. While the sales associate presented a ring, the subject placed it on his pinky finger and then fled from the store. The subject was described as a 5’11” Black male. He was last seen wearing black-rimmed glasses with ripped jeans. He has a goatee with grey hair in it. He stated his name was Marcus.
