GRAB & RUN – ALBANY, NY

On 4/7/22, at approximately 4:51 p.m, a lone male subject entered a jewelry store and stated he was interested in men’s fashion rings.  After looking at a few items from the men’s diamond fashion and clearance cases, the subject stated he was interested in a Halo Ring.  The team member discussed credit options.  The subject alleged he had to leave to retrieve his identification.  He then returned and requested to see the Halo Ring a second time.  The subject asked several questions about the ring.  However, after asking a final question about the difference between 10k and 14k, the subject turned and ran from the store.

The subject was described as Black. He is 6’3″ and approximately 27-years-old. He has an athletic build and was last seen wearing a yellow knit cap and a black face mask. The subject wore an army green solid color jacket and blue jeans.  If you have any information regarding this subject, please contact the Jewelers’ Security Alliance at jsa2@jewelerssecurity.org or 212-687-0328.
