GRAB & RUN – DAVENPORT, IA

On 2/10/20, at approximately 8:55 p.m., A Black male subject approached a jewelry kiosk and told the sales associate he was a previous customer. The subject asked to see a gold plated chain. Once he had the chain in his possession, he fled from the kiosk. The subject is 5’7” and weighs 145 lbs. He has a medium complexion.
