On 12/1/19, at approximately 6:00 p.m., a subject entered a retail jewelry store and asked to see a diamond ring. The subject asked the sales associate, “are these diamonds real.” Shortly thereafter, the subject fled from the store with the ring. He was described as a 27-year-old Black male. He is 5’9” and thin. He was last seen wearing a tree camo windbreaker, black denim jeans, and black sneakers.
