On 10/25/21, at approximately 6:10 p.m., a lone male subject entered a retail jewelry store and requested to look at men’s jewelry.  After looking at a few items, the subject requested to look at a necklace.  While the team member was discussing the chain, the subject grabbed the display, containing the chain, from the team member and ran from the store.  Mall security and the Suffolk County Police were notified. The subject was described as Hispanic, approximately 19-years-old, with a thin build, wearing a Nike burgundy jacket with a Barcelona soccer team logo, a hood, and a cap covering his head.
