On 3/2/21, at approximately 4:45 p.m., two subjects conversed with sales associates about engagement rings. They became interested in two different diamond rings and asked to see them both for comparison. They were told only one piece could be shown at a time. Both subjects left without incident. Approximately 15-20 minutes later, the first subject returned to the jewelry store and asked to see one of the rings he was interested in earlier. As the sales associate removed the ring from the showcase, the subject grabbed it from her and fled from the store. He was seen getting into a red 4-door Jaguar driven by the second subject.
