GRAB & RUN – WILLOW GROVE, PA

On 7/7/21, a customer approached a kiosk and asked to see a charm and chain. He was very impatient and border line rude. He asked about payment options and indicated that he would return in a few minutes. As this was happening, another customer approached the other side of the kiosk. The sales associate placed the chain and charm in the center of the kiosk and by the register in anticipation of the first customer returning. Ten minutes later he went back to put the items away that were at the register because the first customer had not returned. He discovered the items were missing. Mall security was notified and Willow Grove Police were called. Mall security is reviewing their CCTV but could not find any footage. It should also be noted that associate was working by himself at the kiosk at this time. The subject was described as a 30-year-old Black male. He is 5’9″ with a heavy build, and a neatly trimmed beard. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and had a baseball cap on backwards.
