On 7/7/21, a customer approached a kiosk and asked to see a charm and chain.¬ He was very impatient and border line rude.¬ He asked about payment options and indicated that he would return in a few minutes.¬ As this was happening, another customer approached the other side of the kiosk.¬ The sales associate placed the chain and charm in the center of the kiosk and by the register in anticipation of the first customer returning.¬ Ten minutes later he went back to put the items away that were at the register because the first customer had not returned. He discovered the items were missing.¬ Mall security was notified and Willow Grove Police were called.¬ Mall security is reviewing their CCTV but could not find any footage.¬ It should also be noted that associate was working by himself at the kiosk at this time. The subject was described as a 30-year-old Black male. He is 5’9″ with a heavy build, and a neatly trimmed beard.¬ He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and had a baseball cap on backwards.
