72-YEAR-OLD JEWELER KIDNAPPED – NILES, IL

On 9/30/18, three masked men wielding baseball bats, approached a jeweler after he parked his car near his apartment. One of the subjects struck the jeweler in the head. They then threw him into a van. According to police, the attack was not random. The jeweler told law enforcement the subjects took jewelry he had been showing clients at a bar earlier that evening. The subjects took the jewelers clothing,  as well as the keys to his apartment and business. Police found the jeweler in his underwear at 3:00 a.m. Saturday near a golf course.
