On 5/29/22 at approximately 5;10 p.m. a male subject entered a jewelry store and stated he was interested in a men’s watch. The subject located one he liked and asked for the price. When the watch was pulled out of the case, the subject asked to see it. The team member handed him the watch and the subject reached into his right-hand pocket, pulled out a pistol, let it remain in his palm, and slowly walked out the door saying nothing. The police were called and the subject, whose name has not been provided at this time, was located in a restaurant in the same parking lot as the mall and apprehended without incident.

The subject appeared to be intoxicated by an unknown substance. He was described as a Hispanic male, between 25-30 years old. He is  5″6″ and weighs 155 lbs. He has short dark hair and was last seen wearing a yellow polo shirt, and white shorts.
