Seven Suspects Arrested for $72 Million Diamond Robbery

Amsterdam — January 20, 2017

On the date mentioned above, Dutch police arrested seven suspects believed to be involved in a robbery that occurred on February 25, 2005. Some of the suspects were arrested in Valencia, Spain.

According to Investigators, a team of armed robbers took over an armored car at Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport. The suspects, comprised of five men and two women, escaped with more than $72 million in diamonds,
