SMASH & GRAB – CARSON, CA

On 2/18/20, at approximately 8:37 p.m., two subjects approached the gold case in a retail jewelry store. The first subject carried a large red-colored bag, while the second subject approached with a dark-colored object in his hand. The second subject then smashed the object into the gold case. At that point, both subjects reached through the broken glass. They removed gold chains and bracelets. They placed them into the red-colored bag and less than one minute later, both subjects fled.

The first subject is approximately 5’11″ and was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with a black colored logo in the center of the chest. He also wore black skinny jeans.

The second subject is approximately 5’9” and has a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with black pants. The race of both subjects could not be determined. If you have any information regarding these subjects, please call the Jewelers’ Security Alliance at 212-687-0328.
