SNEAK THEFT – CHARLESTON, WV

On 6/16/16, at approximately 11:45 a.m., a female subject asked about a credit card application. She then began looking at merchandise in the cases. The sales associate went to a different part of the kiosk, and shortly after an actual customer told her that they saw a female open the spinner rack and remove items. The lock on the case was broken. The subject was described as a 27-year-old White woman. She is 5’6” and weighs 140 pounds. She has blonde hair and wore a pony tail with a white tank top.
