SNEAK THEFT – PEMBROKE PINES, FL

While jewelry store personnel conducted case counts, they realized they were missing a pair of princess diamond solitaire earrings. After reviewing video of the showcase where the earrings were displayed, a Black female was observed going into the case and removing earrings. She then subsequently placed them in her purse and left the building. An investigation revealed that the sales associate who had shown her pieces from that case in a presentation, had left his keys in the showcase. While the sales associate was looking up something on the computer, the subject opened the case and removed the earrings. The female subject is in her mid-30’s. She is 5’6” and weighs 140 lbs. She was last seen wearing colored leggings, a white shirt and long blond hair.
