On 10/03/23, at approximately 4:38 p.m., a jewelry store reported a counter top spinner had been cut and the entire spinner was stolen. While two employees were helping guests, a male subject had cut the cable and placed the spinner on the floor. After making sure he wasn’t noticed, he placed a Walmart bag over the top of the spinner and carried it out of the store into the mall. The theft was noticed about an hour later.

Subject Description: Black male, 50’s, 510″ to 6’0” tall, heavy set, camouflage ball cap, and a scruffy beard. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and a white t-shirt. He also wore black and white sneakers. If you have any information regarding this subject, please contact the Jewelers’ Security Alliance at jsa2@jewelerssecurity.org or 212-687-0328.
