Suspect arrested after $50,000 jewelry theft

Goodlettsville, TN – On  September 26, 2019, a jewelry store’s loss prevention officer was informed that almost $50,000 in jewelry was missing from the store.

The loss prevention officer contacted law enforcement in October and told police he questioned Destiny Unique Anderson. Anderson made a post on social media admitting to the crime.

Anderson told the loss prevention officer that she stole jewelry from a safe and pawned it because she was behind on rent. Anderson was charged with embezzlement.
