On 7/12/21, at approximately 3:45 p.m., two males entered a jewelry store and initially began looking at watches. After several minutes, the males began looking at men’s rings. Several rings were removed from the showcase and shown to the guests. Finally, a men’s onyx ring was removed from the showcase and handed to the guest. The first subject placed the ring on his finger. Shortly after, both males walked out of the store with the ring remaining on his finger. Both subjects were described as Hispanic and in their early to mid twenties. The first subject is 5’8″ and has a medium build. The second subject is 5’2″ and has a thin build.
